Fit and Proper Person application and annual fees
- New Fit and Proper Person Application Fee: £283.00
- New Fit and Proper Person Annual Fee: No charge
Mobile home parks annual licence fees
Only applicable to residential mobile home parks (relevant protected sites) not holiday/touring sites.
Very large parks (example 101 homes)
- Site inspections every 12 months (Cat A risk rating) – £1,513.00
- Site inspections every 18 months (Cat B risk rating) – £1009.00
- Site inspections every 24 months (Cat C risk rating) – £757.00
- Site inspections every 36 months (Cat D risk rating) – £505.00
Large parks (example 75 homes)
- Site inspections every 12 months (Cat A risk rating) – £1164.50
- Site inspections every 18 months (Cat B risk rating) – £776.00
- Site inspections every 24 months (Cat C risk rating) – £582.00
- Site inspections every 36 months (Cat D risk rating) – £388.00
Medium parks (example 30 homes)
- Site inspections every 12 months (Cat A risk rating) – £557.00
- Site inspections every 18 months (Cat B risk rating) – £372.00
- Site inspections every 24 months (Cat C risk rating) – £279.00
- Site inspections every 36 months (Cat D risk rating) – £188.00
Small parks (example 6 homes)
- Site inspections every 12 months (Cat A risk rating) – £235.00
- Site inspections every 18 months (Cat B risk rating) – £157.00
- Site inspections every 24 months (Cat C risk rating) – £118.00
- Site inspections every 36 months (Cat D risk rating) – £79.00
Under three homes – No fee
Campsites (No renewal is currently required for these licences)
- Campsites – No charge
We are able to issue licences and charge fees under the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 (the Act) as amended by the Mobile Homes Act 2013 (the 2013 Act) – this came into force on 1 April 2014.
