Abbey Gardens
Abbey Gardens are near Abingdon town centre at the end of Abbey Close. The park’s postcode is OX14 3JE.
The gardens are designated as a Scheduled Ancient Monument as Abingdon Abbey, which dates back to the seventh century, once stood on the site.
Abbey Gardens has won the Green Flag award for parks and open spaces for ten years in a row.
Abbey Meadow
Abbey Meadow is next to Abbey Gardens at the end of Abbey Close. It has a play area open all year round.
Abbey Meadow splash pad will open on Saturday 25 May from 9am to 6pm each day.
The outdoor pool will reopen for the summer season on Saturday 20 July.
Abbey Meadow outdoor pool is open during the school summer holidays, which is its busiest and most popular time.

Please note, the pool, play area and interactive water feature are dog-free areas.
